A little practice, before the real thing
Your interview practice mirror.
Answer one question. Notice your camera framing and movement. Try again with one small change.
Your camera preview will appear here. Nothing is recorded.
01 / SET UP
One answer. One minute.
“Tell me about yourself and what brings you to this role.”
Sit comfortably in good light. Starting downloads the analysis files automatically, then your browser asks for camera permission.

Head position through the attempt
Higher marks mean farther from your starting position. Gray gaps mean tracking was unavailable. Movement is natural; there is no ideal score.
Put the practice in context.
Small adjustments. No mind reading.
Interview body language
A practical checklist for comfortable, clear delivery.
02 / POSTUREHow to sit in an interview
Find a position you can maintain without bracing.
03 / ATTENTIONEye contact in interviews
Balance camera, screen and notes in a video call.
04 / PRESENTATIONSPresentation body language
Use gestures and pauses to support your message.
A mirror, with useful notes.
This tool tracks visible face and shoulder landmarks in your browser. It helps you check your setup and notice changes during a short answer.
It cannot judge confidence, honesty, emotion, hiring potential or what someone else thinks of you. A gesture has no single universal meaning.
How the measurements workBefore you start
Do I need to download anything manually?
No. The analysis files download automatically after you start. The first attempt takes longer; your browser can save the files for later visits. No app installation is needed.
Where does my camera video go?
It stays in your browser. We do not record it, request a microphone or upload frames. Turning off the camera ends the stream. Reports live only in this tab until you clear them or leave.
Will it work on my device?
You need a modern browser with camera access and local image processing support. A laptop is usually easier for this exercise. If tracking is limited, the report withholds head-direction feedback. You can also use the guides without a camera.
Do I need to hold eye contact or stay still?
No. Looking away, moving, using notes or adjusting your position can be natural and useful. Choose a comfortable approach that fits your abilities and the situation.
